Join artist Trenton Doyle Hancock and Musa Meyer, daughter of Philip Guston and President of the Guston Foundation for a conversation with Curator Rebecca Shaykin held in conjunction with the opening of the Museum’s new exhibition Draw Them In, Paint Them Out: Trenton Doyle Hancock Confronts Philip Guston. The installation brings together for the first time the work of two trailblazing American artists of different generations whose work engages the entwined legacies of white supremacy, racism, and antisemitism in the United States in ways that are emotionally raw and darkly humorous.
